What is a clipboard??

OK I tried deleting a phone number from contacts,and it said sent to my clip board, but ive looked from every corner to crevis on this phone yet to find this so wonderful clip board it says I have but can't seem to find anywhere , can anyone help out??

The clipboard is a virtual part of the memory of devices like phones, tablets and computers where items like text/files are stored after cutting/copying so that they may be accessed or used later. I use it pretty much to copy text from one app/program and paste it into another, sometimes I copy pics from my gallery into an email. I haven't seen androids come with native clipboard managers, which is likely why you weren't able to locate it, but you can try a clipboard viewing app from the play store to do that.
