So my phone keeps cycling through an activation menu but won't actually activate.

My sim card number does not match what is online - I think that is the fix

We definitely want your phone activated and working as it should. When did this begin? Have there been any changes to your line since this started? Without providing the SIM card number, how different is the number displayed within your phone compared to online? At times there may be a very small number of digits that would be different, but overall it should be the identical. If you recently made a change in devices you can update your SIM card online via your My Verizon account http://spr.ly/6589BIAWD.
