My wife and I both got the S7 Edge and we have been experiencing a ton of dropped calls. Is a known issue? We had the LG G3 before this and never had this many dropped calls.
Can you verify the network mode the phones are set to? The options would be CDMA/LTE, Global, or GSM.
Yes, first check the settings that Ann has suggested. Also look to see if "Advanced Calling" is turned on or off under the "Mobile Networks" settings tab. Let us know what you find out & we can make some suggestions.

Yeah but if you take turn advanced calling off you can't use voice + data. Which is not how it use to be before HD calling was introduced. You either use HD calling and get horrible reception and use data while on the phone or you get better reception with no data while on the phone.
