I just upgraded my phone to a galaxy s7 from a note2 - ever since I upgraded (laugh out loud more like a down grade), my phone service sucks. It is always drops calls, can't receive calls and service is spotty. It turns out my daughter is having the same issue. Is anyone else who just bought this dumb phone having same issue? And can someone please tell me how to return it so I can try a different phone. PLEASE PLEASE HELP

My S7 Edge has been good. No issues so far. What phone does your daughter have?

We understand the importance of having a working device, kcoll. How many bars of signal are usually showing on your phone? Are you connected to Wi-Fi? Do you restart your device regularly?

I too "downgraded" to the S7 and am beyond frustrated. Nobody can hear me and signal is spotty at best. I had a Motorola and never had this issue. My kids went with the Edge and their service is better but not as good as it was with our Motorola phones.
