My wifes S6 screen started to pixel and then went black. The touch screen is still responding as i feel the vibe from trying to enter the password in the black (no pund). I have connected it to my computer to try to retrieve her pictures, contacts and calendar but the phone will not connect. I also downloaded and tried to connect it with the VZW software upgrade assistance, but again did not work. I understand that the USB port will not mirror to a tv. I'm trying to come up with any other ideas to save her info to the new phone before sending the broken one back.
