Hello, I'm trying to download my receipts from Verizon but it gives me an error that is can't recognize file. .pdf. so, I download Adobe reader, . pdf apps and still nothing. I hope someone can assist.
take a picture of the receipt & email it to yourself.
I would but they didn't give me any paper receipts
