my Samsung s4 has a black screen. Makes the vibration and sound to turn on but screen is still black.
Sounds like it is broken. There could be damage inside that can't be seen. Go to a corporate store and see what can be done.
That's definitely odd, KARSIL40. Is the device recognized when plugging into a computer? Is there any damage to the device? How long have you owned it?
