How is someone viewing my text messages without having my actual phone?

My account manager somehow has been viewing my text messages, but I have my phone with me at all times and it has a lock. I thought it was impossible to view someone's text/media messages without having the actual phone. I would like to know how he has been gaining access to my text messages and how on earth do I get this to stop?

Is this your personal cell phone or a company paid cell? If its a company they have a right to check all texts and phone calls since they are the owner of the phone.

Since you have an Incredible, look at your apps and be sure a text forwarding app has not been added and being used.

How do I check if my phone has that app? I have not added a text forwarding app to my phone and I am the only one who physically has the phone.

If the other party has never touched or played with the phone before,then I don't have an answer. One is called SMS forwarder.

Click on the App market, then choose MENU>DOWNLOADS See if any of the downloaded apps look suspicious.

Thanks for all your help. I think he's been hacking into my phone somehow and I guess its a matter that I need to call Verizon to get to the bottom of this. :smileyindifferent:
