How much is it going to cost me to get the glass replaced on the back of my phone?
Verizon Wireless doesn't repair phones. You should contact Google directly for your repair options.
I did that and they told me they couldn't help me out on that!?!?! They said I need to contact Verizon since I bought it through them.
And Verizon won't be able to replace the phone with a refurbished phone under the warranty since a cracked device voids the warranty. If you have insurance, you can submit a claim and pay the deductible to get a replacement phone
