The message plus app keeps saying connecting waiting for network and will not send or receive messages

I have an iPhone 6 and my app just started doing the same thing yesterday.. I deleted the app twice and it's still doing it.. It just says connecting or waiting on network..

It looks as if this app has stumbled out of the gate for you, ARITERP. What is the make and model of your device? Does this happened when wi-fi is turned off?

I have the same issue! I've always used messenger for my android phone and also was able to read or send texts from my iPad?? sometime in Dec 2016, it just stopped working on my iPad??? I have deleted app and reinstalled on iPad but it only says "waiting for network,"

My S G6 android, still works on the phone its self, and in manage devices it shows phone and iPad is connected.... even iPad shows android with phone number is connected but it just won't work no matter what I try! keeps hanging on, waiting for network!!! Help!!!
