How can I wipe clean a Blackberry 8130 Pearl? The online instructions say to choose Option, then choose Wipe Clean, but that option is not available on the phone.
Go to options>security>general>menu> wipe handheld.
You may be prompted to type "blackberry" when you choose wipe.
