EMAIL ATTACHMENTS- I recently am having troulble opening up PDF and other attachments from the internet on my S7.

I recently am having trouble opening up attachments on the internet from my phone. I use aol, I have Adobe reader. I have tried

everything from clearing cache, deleting photos to free space. I even went into Applications and cleared my defaults, but still no

luck. If I go into Files, Downloads, and open a PDF there, no problem, opens right up. Very frustrating. I know its probably something simple

but I can't figure this one out on my own , please a little help.

The option to open attachments is important to us all mango061 because it allows us to respond and send email via our phone without accessing our desktop. I'm sorry you're having issues. Did you have any recent app updates or software updates to your phone? Are you using a 3rd party application for email, attachments, or pdf files?
