Force closures, lost Facebook link to contacts, etc.

Earlier today I changed out my extended batter (which I used yesterday) to the normal battery. I did turn off the phone prior to doing so.

 

After it re-booted, 90% of my apps went into force closures..I'm still in the process of deleting & re-isntalling them (they do work after the delte/re-install), my contact no longer sync w/ Facebook, all my speed dial contacts were removed...have to put those back in also.

 

Any ideas?? Especially would like the Facebook/contact sync to happen again.

Try closing applications that are running before powering the device off.

There was likely an error when the phone was powered off. 

Try logging out of  the Facebook Application and the Facebook Page on the Mobile Browser.  

Then dial *228 send  and option 1 on the device, and afterwards log back into both.  When you log back in, you should be given the option to sync your contacts again.
