Galaxy S7 over heated and bottom of screen no longer works

Phone was found under my bed this morning around 7 Am. Big hole in the side of the bottom of the screen with a blue filling seeping into the touch screen. Bottom of the screen no longer works and now I am unable to access my phone. I've been disconnected from Customer Support twice this morning already.
