I cannot talk text like my old S4. I have S7 now. The microphone doesn't work on message + and I cannot text on default message.
This support sucks
Why do you say that when you only waited one minute before exclaimed exclaiming the support is "useless"? This is a peer to peer public community forum and not a direct link to Customer Service. It might take a while before a community member reads your post and even longer before they have a suggestion. It will usually be a few days before any of the VZW reps that roam this community chime in.

I use my microphone dictation quite often to text as well so I know exactly what you are feeling. What kind of error message do you encounter when you try? Have you ever been able to on the S7?

dump message+.....long push on the icon left of the keyboard & you can get the microphone back.
