Try using the Facebook app vs the browser? Are you using m.facebook.com or the full version at facebook.com? What browser?
Suggestions - use a different browser, use the app vs the browser, and try both facebook.com and m.facebook.com. Post back with results and we can further troubleshoot, or mark this as solved.
Do other sites cause the browser to crash, or only Facebook?
On my phone I am using the browser that is built-in by Blackberry. This
morning I clicked on my app, which defaults to m.facebook.com and then also
opened a blank web page to type facebook.com. Both seemed to work this
morning. I anticipate having some issues again soon (just because it seems
to happen on and off lately), so I might possibly need some other
suggestions. Thank you!
YANKEEANGEL38, we want to keep you connected on social media. Are you connected to Wi-Fi on your device when you have this issue? Are you able to browse the internet with no issues?
