I have gotten a few picture messages and they won't load. I click the download button and it takes a second.. says downloading and then in another second goes back to the download button..
Any suggestions? or help...?
Try doing battery pull on your phone to reboot the settings. Remove the battery from the phone for about 1 minute place the battery back in and power the phone on, you can have that person resend the message to see if it will download.
You wont know, but ask them how large a file it is.
Turning off Wi-Fi let 2 TXT pics download almost immediately. Turned Wi-Fi back on once the download completed.
