droid turbo 2 changing not working

I see a lot on here about this issue. My wife, son, daughter, and I all have Droid turbo 2 not charging. 2 of them now will not charge. Phones not damaged, no issues with the ports. It has to be a Droid issue. Turned off on turbo charger all night had 42% charge. Any ideas as to a Motorola fix? This phone is in my opinion the worst I have ever had. Going back to Samsung and maybe back to Sprint.

Rogclo31, I depend on my device. I know that the turbo is a great device and I am disappointed that you have not experienced this. Have you tried using different chargers? What happens when you plug in the chargers? Does the port feel loose?
