There are a couple of ways, but first you should subscribe to the Integrated Messaging feature on you line if you want to sync the messages between multiple devices.

You can sign into your My Verizon account with a browser on your computer or other connected device and navigate to the Verizon Messages section of your account. This is the only option for computers running Windows 7 and older.
If your computer is running Windows 8.1 or higher, you can download the application from the Microsoft Store.
