I keep entering my pin number and it keeps telling me it's incorrect. I know that I'm entering the right one

We understand the importance of unlocking your phone. Let’s get you unlocked. Did you have your Fingerprint or Face Scanner set up or just a PIN? Is it asking for a SIM pin or just your lock code pin?

AllisonK, we understand your concern. If it is not taking the pin that means it is incorrect. Have you tried resetting the pin using the Google backup?
