I just upgraded from the Galaxy 3 to the S7 edge and none of my text messages transferred over. My old device will not come on. Is there any way I can retrieve my texy messages from that phone?
I knwo how important it is to be able to retrieve your texts. We're glad to help. Did you make sure your Galaxy S3 was backed up before switching over to the S7? If it was, have you already logged into your Google account? http://vz.to/2gpSTSw. Often times that should bring all of the information from the previous Android that the Google account was associated with.
