My alarm didn't wake me up one morning and now I know why. The External Speaker on my S7 Edge is no longer working. I can hear through Bluetooth devices and a wired headset, but nothing through the external speaker. I have tried rebooting, booting into Safe Mode, clearing the settings cache, etc. Nothing has worked. I have not dropped or damaged the phone in any way. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. The phone is a little over a month old.
