I am moving to India and want my Motorola droid to work in india what should i do , it's CDMA phone???????????

Not entirely true as far as global roaming goes. Some countries do offer CDMA (India being one of them and looks like widespread cdma coverage). And not sure if you can or how you'd go about actually activating a US phone on one of the foreign networks rather than just roaming though.
