I can't connect to my work e-mail because my Samsung Galaxy S5 is four days out of date: My security patch level is Jan 1, 2017 and my workplace requires the Jan 5, 2017 patch.
Every update method I have tried (Settings->Security, Settings->System Updates, plugging into a computer with a cable and updating everything) has failed to update to the Jan 5, 2017 patch. Is this patch available for my phone? If not, when is it anticipated?
