My turbo 2 will not charge with provided turbo charger (or any charger, for that matter). HELP!!! I have powered it off and on several times.
Is there any damage to the USB port? Can you charge it wirelessly?
There is a documented issue, by users, on various sites including Lenovo's forums. Moto is working on a fix from what I've read. I've had friends with this issue on their Turbo 2. For now, charge it wirelessly and hopefully Moto will fix the issue soon. You can discuss other options that Moto has via their Customer Service (from posts I've read).
