I have a question about price of recall phone

I had galaxy note 7 before, but I transfered to galaxy edge 7 becuase, Note 7 needed to recall.

So I changed my phone on January 2nd 2017. and Verizon sended a box to me for my note 7. and I sended to verizon that box with my note 7.

and cashier said If I recall the note 7, I will get $100 gift card and I will get back my note 7 price which was $320.

But I have not been those money yet. I can not understand why my price never returned it yet although I alreday finished recall my phone.

I'll be happy if you resolve this quickly.

The $100 offer was from Samsung only if you bought another, new Samsung phone to replace the recalled Note 7. Did you buy another Samsung phone?

Yes I changed my phone to Samsung Galaxy s7 edge. My cashier told me that I should get $100 gift card.

Rumor had the recall offer ending 12/31. Maybe you missed the boat.
