I have separate folders in my gallery with pictures in them. When I back up to the cloud only the pictures NOT in folders get backed up. Is there a way to back up the pictures in the folders?
RENEGADERx7, making sure your information is secure is our goal. The Cloud only backs up photos, video, and other media not the folders that they were created in. You can add an Album once it has been backed up in Cloud. Tap on the image then the three dots. Tap on Album and tap Create New.
