I have a S4 contact is up on it and want to sell but everyone is asking if it is unlocked? how can I make sure it can be used by another carrier.

However, we cannot guarantee that all features will be available to someone in a different country, and or using a different carrier, due to the phones containing service apps, as well as antennas designed to primarily work with our network. Mileage can vary.
