purchased a galaxy s5 on a device payment plan and the rebate was for a Samsung Tvery. I did everything according to their rules and dates and now I'm told it was part of the promotion. I DEFINATLEY have the promotion screen shoted as well as the conversation. That confirmed the rebate recorded. I knew this was going to happen. Any suggestions please....
