Not receiving random texts.

Samsung Galaxy S5.  This has been happening for a couple of months now, on and off.  Random texts (seem to all be from AT&T users, but don't know if that's a solid correlation) are not coming through on my end.  If a multi-part text is sent to me, often I'll only get the last part.  I'm open to suggestions...!

SDELAN2, we know how important it is to get all your text messages. We want to help get texting to work properly for you. When this started was it after changing phones on your line? Having you tried changing your text messaging app from Messages to Message+, or vice versa, or tried using another messaging app?
