I have to put my password in after rebooting my phone to get back into fingerprint mode but I don't remember my password. Help!!!!!!
The normal procedure is doing a factory reset but that erases anything on the phone. You didn't specify the type of phone but it might help to do a general search via Google, IE etc to see if there is another option to reset the password without doing a factory reset.
