My battery is completely charged, but my cell phone will not stay on. When I turn my S4 on, the make (in all white) will show on the screen, but then the screen all goes black. I removed the battery completely. And reinstalled it. My cell has not been wet or in sun light. What is going on??

If you connect the charger to the phone (even if the battery is fully charged), will it stay on? If so, the battery might need to be replaced. If it shuts down even with the charger connected, it might be time to purchase a new phone.

I'll be replacing my S4 next year.
