[Removed] system has no way of connecting to someone real. I have two lines, one postpaid and one contract. I want to reach customer service for contract via prepaid line, and that doesn't work. Even if I want to reach the prepaid customer service rep, there is no way. No voice commands either.
This really, really frustrates me. Any real VZW people here that can help?
