My bluetooth won't stay connected. I turn it on and it turns itself right back off. I have cleared cache. Force stopped. Sometimes it will stay on and connect to my car, but then it disconnects immediately.
are you in a remote area, getting close to the edge of the service area.....poor verizon coverage makes for poor blue tooth.
No, I'm home same place as always. It just stopped working. Also, I have
removed and re-paired my phone with my car.

Hey, Thatsmelb. I use my bluetooth for most of my electronics, so I feel for you. Lets figure this out. What devices besides your car do you connect the phone to? Has you phone gone through any changes lately? Have you had a software update?

thanks for trying to help. No I really just connect to my car. No changes
to my phone, no recent update. Sometimes it will stay on long enough to
make a call then disconnects mid conversation. Other times it just toggles
off immediately when I toggle it on. Today I was on my way to the Verizon
store to talk to them about it, and it stayed connected the whole trip and
allowed me to listen to an audio book - I made a stop, got back in the car,
and it reconnected as it is supposed to. SO yippee I thought it's fixed -
and I didn't go to Verizon. And then I made another stop close to home,
got back in the car, and it did not reconnect and would not stay toggled on.
Pretty frustrating!

I have had this happen to me before, thatsmelb. What I found that works is going into my car stereo and deleting all the bluetooth profiles. Most car stereos can hold up to 5 different profiles. Delete all the profiles, then connect with your phone. You should be all set. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
