samsung s7 edge screen not responding to touch in one spot

For the past week my screen does not respond to touch on the right edge or near the edge. i have turned off several times and there is not update needed. is this something covered by verizon warranty? Can i just go to the store and they will look at it?

Change either font size in settings or different style keyboard. like swype in the play store. it helped my s7edge.

Hello. It is still happening. It started after the last update. I think. It has been a couple of weeks. It is super annoying!

Updates are meant to improve your device jovigurl. I regret to hear you are experiencing difficulties with your screen after the update. Does the touch screen stop working only when accessing certain applications? Is there any physical or water damage to your phone?

I'm having this same issue. I noticed it right after I did the latest Samsung software update. I can't send text or Facebook messages without closing the keyboard first, or hitting a spot on the screen that isn't the send arrow but near it. I also noticed that the same area on the screen doesn't work for other apps when trying to select something.
