this just showed up for first time this morning. I did nothing new and made no changes.
Does anyone know what it is or what it means?

It is to the left of the wifi icon. It's a square box with some sort of a hole in the middle of the box. And in Arrow looking symbol pointing to the upper right, just above a square box.
It appears to be some sort of a system icon because it's on the right side of the status notification bar (... installed apps notifications show on the left side of the bar .)
