Mycomputer displays a blank screen after selecting the phone .. computer fine otherwise ... was trying to transfer pics to the XP .. done many times before, including last week ???
With the Marshmallow operating system update, the default USB mode is charge only. Each time you connect the phone and computer with the USB cable, you'll need to change the mode by pulling down the notification shade, tapping where it says USB Charging, and changing it to File Transfer.
