I just received my new Upgrade phone yesterday Samasung S7 - Activation was a pain ... but Finally got it to activate. Now I am unable to sign into ANY of my Verizon Apps due to a "SIM Card Error - Unable to identify user phone". Meaning I can't get to my cloud to get all my contacts and information. Has anyone ever dealt with this? I went to my local store and was told since I ordered it online I had to call Customer Service. I have been on hold for approx 15+ minutes now. Can any of you help??
