When someone calls my voicemail it says that my mailbox is full. When I try and call my voicemail *86 nothing happens. how can I resolve this issue?!
What do you mean nothing happens? Can you access the system and listen to your voicemails? Which phone model do you have?
No, I don't hear anything. After a minute or so it disconnects. I cannot access the system and can't get on the system to access my voicemail. I have a Samsung Galaxy 6

Call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 from a landline or another phone and ask them to reset your voicemail and keep them on the line while you setup the voicemail again.
Try dialing your full 10 digit phone number from your cell phone. What happens then?
