Where do I go in my verizon account to download the software for my USB modem? My computer had a problem and my tech had to remove by software, now I cannot find the CD to reload it on my computer. My tech says I should be able todownload through my account? Can anyone walk me through it?:

VZAM.net is where you will go to download VZ Access Manager. It will ask you for the type of device you have and your operating system.

 

FYI, the vzam.net website is having a looping issue right now, so if after your select your OS type it loops you back to the beginning just keep trying it. It'll work eventually.
