I plugged my new Galaxy S7 into the USB port on my Laptop to transfer pics and My file explorer (Windows 10) says "no files found." Anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
Did you pull down the notification shade and change the USB mode from charging to File Transfer?

This does not work on my Galaxy S7. There is no USB option in the pull down menu. This is my second phone with this problem.
