Can photos and data be retrieved from an S-6 that was dropped in water and wont switch on. Photos had not been backed up to cloud before?? Will wireless charger work? Phone in rice 24hrs.
bravo.my bad, as others said recovery costs cash. you might get by with sim transfer, ask techs.
anything on sdcard will survive. chancing powering it might be disastrous.any other can be found on next device if that one fails if you chance powering it, im against that. shock might occur.

IF the phone is completely dead and does not turn on, you will need a data recovery service and $$$ if you want to try to recover anything on the phone. There is no guarantee it can be retrieved.
only sdcard, sim you might not know if its affected.unless sim is put into replacement.

That's correct ... the S6/S6 Edge do not have an SD card slot.
The phone might have needed more than 24 hours in the rice.
