On my phone I received a notification sound and was then informed of a Android Update, I said okay to it and it started and ran fine, (I guess)
After it was done I grabbed my phone and I must have hit some button or something was wrong because it started beeping at me and a blue line is running up & down the screen. Every button I push, nothing works, cant restart, cant power off, cant make calls! So I have no way to even call Verizon about this....HELP anyone have any suggestions!?
