Hello, I am having trouble with my email. I just had my laptop fixed so when I got it back I tried getting into my email and came back with this email has already been used . Then it said I needed to reset my password which I did . All I want to know is can I delete my email account and start all over again I would like to keep my email address and my same pass word. Please what can I do? Thank you,
