Why Don't Certain Messages Appear On My Desktop Version of Message+?

"...some text messages sent to me will appear on both phone and in desktop version of Messages+; however, other text messages in the same conversation will appear only on my phone and not in my desktop Messages+..."

I am also having this problem. Any ideas, anyone, on how to fix it?

I love using the Messaging Plus application as I can view them from my desktop as well. May I ask if those missing messages are coming from an iPhone user?
