Message + receiving texts twice.

When I receive a text with an emoji I get the first text with question marks and a second text with the emoji. When I send an emoji it shows up on the other phone with just question marks. This has been happening for at least a week now. The other phone I am sending to is an iPhone but on my plan. But this happens to everyone I text.

We always want you enjoying your text messages the way they are suppose to be shown. What type of phone are you using? Have you updated your phone and applications? When was the last time your device was rebooted?

I'm using a Samsung s6 edge. Yes, everything is up to date. Actually, since the last update is when my phone started to act this way. I reboot my phone once a day.
