I set a pattern lock, and confirmed it. Now I'm trying to change it,and it keeps saying that it's the wrong pattern. So now I'm stuck. What can I do?
Oh no! I have been in this situation before. The suggestions given by Ann154 are fantastic. Allow me add one thing. Try this link : http://bit.ly/1hD5A8B. It will allow you to lock your phone from a computer with a temporary password. The once you are in you in you can reset the security options.

Are you providing the current pattern first so the phone verifies you are the owner and allowed to change the pattern? Then you should be able to change the pattern of security screen.
