Just received the update and now i can hear nothing in calls. Must use speaker or bluetooth

What do I do now? I tried rebooting/removing battery. Checked volume, etc. AAA!

No, I checked that. I tried rebooting and removing the battery etc

I'd prefer not to do the factory reset. Does that delete fotos etc?

You have a computer right? Dump all your pics on the computer to save them.

i think you could also just pull the sd card before you reset (assuming that is where your pics are stored).

I have the same problem as the OP. Any fixes?

I would pull the SD Card prior to a Hard Reset
