Why does my samsung s7 edge keep resetting itself to factory default settings?

My brand new (less than a month old ) samsung galaxy 7 edge keeps randomly resetting to factory default settings and I don't know why but this is the third time in 2 days I have had to put all my apps back on and download updates. I am really unhappy.

You might wanna Do a Factory Reset.. on your S7 Edge but you could Try First a System or App Cache Clear..

I wish they could send a txt or in the settings/systems updates have a note in there to tell people to do this as it would help with problems like this and many others. Remember to do the full backup with kies or smart switch
