My daughter, and others, can send me videos. I get the notification that I have videos but the videos won't load. I get a screen with a blue arrow that just keeps circling.

Receiving videos is a great way to share with friends and family. Let’s get this working. Do you have your Mobile data on at all times? Do you get any error messages? Do you have enough storage on your device?
